We are a women & family-owned, surf-inspired, sustainable yoga studio in the heart of Kingston's Inner Harbour neighborhood. It was our dream to bring our two passions together in our hometown: yoga and surfing.

 

Surf Shack Yoga is a place that honours that connection by providing a small surf-inspired retreat. We have created a mini vacation to the sand and sea with a space that replicates a tropical climate. Sounds of ocean waves and floral and citrus scents curate a transportive aroma and audio therapy experience. It is a state-of-the-art facility built with sustainable and mold-resistant materials for a truly healthy retreat.
